Join Maggie for stretching and movement, dancing, beginner yoga poses, breathing exercises, and talking about our feelings. Every class ends with a 'calm down', either a lullaby with focused breathing or a meditation. Recommended for children ages 3-8.

The group is open to anyone who enjoys coloring for relaxation or creative expression. You can bring your own coloring book and color pencils but the library will provide coloring pages and pencils and crayons for the meeting.
