Are you curious about what yoga could do for you? This 4 week basic introduction to yoga, taught by Rick Gridley, will help you stretch, tone, strengthen and cleanse. You may also see improvement with flexibility, balance and relaxation.

The group is open to knitters of all skill levels. The group meets the third Tuesday of each month.  Bring a project to work on during the meeting. The group also works on various charity projects throughout the year.
