DIRECTIONS

From Route 81S or 81N, and 17W and 17E, use exit 4S (Route 7 - Binghamton).
Proceed through traffic light and take overpass to the US Route 11 (Court Street) exit.
Turn left on Court Street, the Broome County Public Library will be on your right.

From Route 434E (Vestal Parkway), proceed over the bridge just beyond Number 5 restaurant.
At the second light, make a right on Court Street.
You will go through three lights and the Broome County Public Library will be on your left.

The Local History Center and Genealogy Center is located on the second floor of the Broome County Public Library.
There are two elevators located to the right and left as you enter the Reference Department.
