Hungry Ear

“The Hungry Ear,” the free library program celebrating the art of the short story, brings two Christmas stories to the November program. On Christmas Eve, Inspector Banks gets a call about a missing person in Peter Robinson's “Blue Christmas,” read by Nick De Lucia. Devilish mischief prevails in Alphonse Daudet's fanciful tale of a priest trying to fulfill his duty saying three low masses on Christmas Eve. Sharing the narrative are Louise Donohue and Host Judy McMahon. For further information, call the Library at 607-778-6451.
