The Broome County Historical Society has over 95,000 images in its collection.

These photographs are available for reproduction.

TO ORDER:

1. Search the photograph albums at the Local History & Genealogy Center and locate images to be reproduced.
2. Write down the “P” or “OSP” number found on the photocopy of the photograph.
3. Give all pertinent information on the photograph and your personal information to the LH&G staff/volunteer.
4. Decide what size photograph you wish to order.

8 x 10 Color Print…………………………………………………$16.00

PLEASE NOTE:

If a new negative must be made, there will be an additional charge of $6.00.

The Broome County Historical Society will retain possession of the negative.

Reproductions are intended for personal use only. A one-time use form must be signed by everyone who purchases a photograph.

Reproductions made for use in a publication must include acknowledgement that the image is

“courtesy of the Broome County Historical Society.”

Use of images in for-profit publications must also pay a one-time fee of $20.00 per image for rights to publish the image.
